General
- Only wolves of dark or dark-neutral alignment will be accepted to MS
(other alignments only permitted with special permission)
- Every wolf will be given one chance to prove their loyalty
- Every member will be branded on the hind right thigh with an asymmetrical ‘X’
- Every wolf is expected to select a duty and excel in that duty
- Nothing less than excellence will be tolerated
- Second chances are very rarely given
- Punishment is, more often than not, execution or banishment
- Fighting is welcome amongst pack-mates
- Traitors will be executed, if they choose to flee they will be hunted down
- Deserters will be hunted down and disposed of
- Trespassers will be treated with no mercy and attacked on sight
- Only wolves who have provable skill will be accepted into Mortus Sero

Mating & Pups
- All mated pairs must be approved by the alpha
- Arranged matings are not uncommon
- Polygamy is not uncommon
- All breedings must be approved
- Raping another member of MS is punishable by death or banishment
- Mothers will not be provided a Denmother to aid them
- All pups will be trained from a young age:
(both in their assigned duty as well as the art of battle)
- Pups will not be considered true members until they pass the Youth Trials
- Pups who fail the Youth Trials will be bannished
A mated pair will be prohibited from reproducing again if:
- The majority of pups fail the Youth Trials
- The majority of the young are sickly or stillborn
- The parents do not obide by the laws of MS

Branding
Every wolf who has been accepted into Mortus Sero will be branded with an asymmetrical 'X' on their right hind thigh. This branding signifies loyalty to the pack, and serves as a clear indication for all of where the individual's alliances lie.

Etching
Sero wolves will keep a notable tally of their battle abilities etched into their own flesh. For every life which has been taken by the individual a tally mark (running perpendicular to the direction of the limb) will be carved into their left forearm. Though shallow, the wounds will heal over and leave a noticeable scar; a vivid depiction of precisely how accomplished the individual is at the art of war. Toxicologist max:4
Like Medics, Toxicologists are experts of the flora and fauna of the lands. They focus their extensive knowledge, however, to toxins and poisons rather than healing agents. In addition to plants they are often seen gathering poisonous animals such as tree frogs and snakes..

Drudge max:unlimited
Individuals are specifically demoted to this rank for various reasons, or are prisoners taken from neighboring packs. The alternative to being demoted to a drudge is death, so those ranked as drudges are often desperately seeking forgiveness from their peers, and most importantly, the superiors of the pack.

The following ranks do not exist in the Mortus Sero pack:

Priest/Priestess: Religion is not a highly or widely held belief amongst these wolves and therefore this rank holds no worth.

Denmother: It is believed that even as pups the wolves of Mortus Sero should be strong and strive for success. Therefore, pups who are unable to fight to survive are given no assistance and allowed to die. Mothers and fathers who are unable to adequately care for their young and rear them are also considered to be weak and are often not allowed to breed again.

Year 4
— Torvald arrives in Refuge Point, acquires followers and roots the mini-pack in the Bosque de la Ceniza

Year 5
— Torvald claims the Bosque de la Ceniza; Mortus Sero is founded
— Mortus Sero holds their first pack meeting. Ranks and promotions are distributed. Torvald announces the plans for expansion, his upcoming litter with Anima, current relations with foreign packs and the Gorilla Hunt.
— Sero Lake is claimed by Mortus Sero immediately after it is discovered by a small search party (Nyx, Juliet and Isengrin).
— A number of MS wolves, led by Torvald, ambush and slaughter two male gorillas.
— A number of MS wolves participate in an Antler Hunt to secure trech weapons for the borders of MS territory.
— An alliance between Silver Cove and Mortus Sero is forged, on the grounds that a single pup from each Alpha’s litter will be exchanged.
— After much argument between the SC Alphas, Natrium tells Torvald that he is unable to fulfill the agreement. Torvald, displeased, sends Natrium home to his loving family battered, bleeding and bruised.
— The Tevirye litter is delivered.
— Mortus Sero has their second pack meeting. The Anaranjado Tribe is named as an enemy. Suspicions and dislike of the Caudea Enfeda pack continue to brew. Ranks and promotions are distributed. Torvald introduces the pack to the first pups of MS.
— Torvald seeks out and slaughters the last of the gorillas, their leader Huk.
— Mortus Sero's second litter is born to Nyx Auralis
— In attempts to fulfill a promise Scott kidnaps little Hera from her mother’s den and deliver’s her to Torvald. As was agreed upon the Warlord was to receive Scott’s first born in return for slaughtering an old enemy of his. Though Torvald originally settled to kill the child, her mother’s pleas are heard and he spares Hera. He relieves Hera from her mother’s care and takes her into his own litter.
— The pup trade occurs between MS and SC. Xavier Tevirye is exchanged for Rotterdam Vedi.
— MS launches an unexpected attack on the already crumbling Anaranjado Tribe. In the midst and aftermath of the earthquake they seize loners and Tribe members alike, enslaving them as drudges of MS. Amongst those captured includes the former Alpha of the Tribe, Montego, as well as the soon-to-be Alpha of the Thesa pack, Sikandar.
— Mortus Sero holds their third pack meeting. Overseers haul their respective drudges alone, the pups are assigned mentors and promotions are distributed. Torvald warns of the influx of new and ambitious loners who are rumored to be looking to start packs. He advises all to sharpen their battle skills and informs them that a mass training session is to be held in the future.
— Torvald summons Sikandar and in a peculiar gesture offers him freedom. Sikandar is released from Mortus Sero to go settle Thesa, his follower Sargiah is also released a day or so later.
— Torvald and Anberlin assemble the Mortus Sero wolves to participate in the Mass Training Session.
— 3 groups of Serons set out on a mission of reconnaissance to the Stellar Islands and Fuego Region. Group 1, Group 2, Group 3.

Year 6
— MS' apprentices test their brains and brawn in the Youth Trials and fight for a proper position in MS
— Whispers of an enemy pack reaches the ears of the Serons. Rumors have it that a traitor is gathering strength in the Fuego Region.
— Torvald assembles the Serons for another pack meeting where tempers broil as the pack discovers that Seron youth have been the target of the enemy’s attacks. Promotions are offered as seen fit by the Alpha.
— In retaliation to the attacks on MS’s youth Torvald seeks out suspected members of Dirac (Revenge, Anatheme and Anthrax) and deals out hostile retribution.
— MS ventures to the Fuego region for a hunting competition. When one of the small hunting groups is attacked by a Jaguar the remainder of the pack offer retaliation. The battle is brief as flames suddenly appear in the distance.
— Another pack meeting is called, the main focus being the fire which has now spread into the Refuge Point. It is made clear that the pack will not flee from their home unless absolutely necessary and that in order to help dissuade the fire from breaching the Bosque the Serons will remove vegitation surrounding the forest.
— While the removal of burnable material from the boarder did help to simmer the fire's strengths the flames still managed to enter the Seron's homes. Valkyrie and Scott are the first to discover this development and immediately find Torvald. All Serons are alerted and gather at the Seron Lake, where they will take up temporary residence.

Year 7 — A sparring tournament is held. A number of eager Serons competed but after two rounds of combat Valkyrie, Circe and Xavier prove to be victorious.
— A curious event. Former Dirac members have stumbled too close to MS and one has even come knocking.
— The infamous Youth Trials have begun! Round I
