001. The number one, first and foremost, rule to remember is that this forum is a PRIVILEGE. This is not mandatory, this is not a gift; this forum is here for you guys to enjoy as long as you treat it properly. The staff of Harbinger have the right to remove this forum at will, should it be abused.

002. This forum is a reward for your guys' activity. However, because of this forum, we would really like it if your activity in real threads didn't suffer. We ask that you ensure that ALL your posts have been made before posting in this forum; if we see people roleplaying solely in this forum, we will PM them a warning and if they continue, it will result in that person being banned from this forum, a loss of Pawpoints, or both. :| We're srs.

003. You are only allowed to play your own characters. You are not permitted to play other peoples' characters, completely new characters, or canon characters (if you are roleplaying in a pre-established universe from a book, movie, or game). However, as it is an alternate universe, you are not required to abide by your characters' histories (you can rewrite them) or by events that have taken place on Harbinger.

004. It is your responsibility to keep track of the posts/threads you have in this forum. We highly recommend against listing them in your characters' EP's, as it could get confusing.

005. Only the standard OOC pawpoints are earned in this forum.

006. Any genre you can think of is allowed in this forum, any deviation of any subject, idea, work, etc. If you want a realm where humans still exist in Harbinger, go for it! If you want to play your characters in a realm where superheroes exist, go right ahead! You're allowed to roleplay your characters in any universe you like.
