Literally translated as plump hills, it is no wonder that the hills would pick up such title. The engorged plots of land branch off the plains of farmland and meet the steeper, rockier mountains. The soil of these rounded hills is plush and covered in a thick carpet of grass. Come springtime, the hills are covered with a gorgeous array of wildflowers that birds deposit in their travels. Cold mountain springs run down from the high altitudes and cut around the hills with a complex, winding design.
